Please state your name, company and contact telephone number. Clearly describe the problem, how it maybe duplicated and the impact upon the overall usage of the equipment. Please state the make, model, serial number and software revision level of the system along with any maintenance contract number.

Hardware Returns:

For information on how to return goods, please requests an RMA Number by:

Please state the product, serial number, fault diagnosis and your maintenance contract details, (if applicable). We will then issue an RMA Number with instructions on how and where to return the goods.

Do not just return goods without an RMA Number as they will not be accepted.
