VCBPro - Multipoint Conferencing and Streaming Network Appliance for IP

The VCBPro is a High Definition (HD) MCU that integrates multipoint conferencing, advanced video management capabilities, cascading, video recording, streaming and scheduling in a single cost-effective box. Both scheduled and ad-hoc conferences are supported for a network of H.323 endpoints and SIP endpoints.

An all-in-one solution that optimises your enterprise's video conferencing network, VCBPro includes an embedded MXM as well as features such as Continuous Presence, intelligent conference layouts for up to 25 participants at a time and a special Presenter Mode.

Additionally, VCBPro includes all the latest audio, video and data algorithms and offers full transcoding for audio and video, ensuring that calls involving standards based video conferencing endpoints will connect and operate smoothly. With minimal latency, VCBPro operates efficiently in harsh network environments and under rigorous conditions. VCBPro is scalable and offers a unique and configuarble auto-cascading capability across multiple VCBPro's for larger conferences.

VCBPro now enables every video conference session to be recorded, stored and forwarded, allowing even absent colleagues to remain fully updated instantaneously and providing definitive session records. VCBPro also contains the unique WMV streaming feature, which allows live streaming of point-to-point or multipoint conferences. The Emblaze-VCON free Broadcast Viewer allows anyone on the network to see and view what sessions are being broadcast.

VCBPro is shipped as an integrated solution in a rack-mount appliance, scalable from 12 to 36 port. Includes embedded H.323 Gatekeeper (MXM without vPoint HD licenses) that supports 25 to 100 users depending upon model.

VCB is also available as an optional software module of MXM (Media Xchange Manager), but this is limited to 12 ports only.
